Walk On The Wild Side at Warehouse
Brat & Suzie limited edition t-shirts have sprung into Warehouse this spring.
Twin sisters Polly & Charlotte Vickery launched the Brat & Suzie label in 2009 from an East End studio, and the brand have now partnered with Warehouse to create a collection of fabulous and funky limited edition jersey pieces.
The purr-fect brand name Brat & Suzie was actually inspired by the fashion loving sisters’ childhood pet cats and is a celebration of their love of animals. The London duo quickly established a cult following, which grew even further after a business pitch on the hit TV show for budding entrepreneurs Dragons Den.
Warehouse spotted the labels individual style and invited the duo to design an exclusive collection for the brand. Bringing their playful and quirky illustrations to life across a selection of sweatshirts, tees and
vests, perfectly cut in the softest cotton jersey featuring illustrations from a collective of graphic designers, these pieces are set to add an affordable touch to any wardrobe.
“Warehouse has a long standing history of supporting young industry talent with our Warehouse Design Competition in partnership with the British Fashion Council Colleges Council,” explains Paula Stewart, Warehouse Buying Director. “This time we are investing in a new label we see as a future star, helping Brat & Suzie build their business further by bringing the label to a new audience.”
Brat & Suzie designs are now available at The Exchange’s Warehouse store and prices start at £22.
