Chefs Specials: New Every Month
Pret Chefs are passionate about creating new and exciting recipes using only the best, natural ingredients. Every month, you’ll be able to find three of these amazing recipes in our shops - freshly prepared and handmade, ready for you to enjoy (after all, variety is the spice of life).
 


This Months Specials:


Poached Salmon & Watercress on Artisan
Artisan Baguette    Poached Salmon    Seasoning    Horseradish Mayo    Watercress
It takes 24 hours to make Pret’s Artisan baguette, made with a flavoursome sourdough and stone baked in France. We add that traditional British favourite, horseradish sauce and then take whole poached salmon fillets and tenderly flake them. Our Team Members stuff in a pile of spicy British watercress and a pinch of Pret seasoning.

Summer Avocado Bloomer
7-grain Bloomer Bread (we counted)    Avocado    Harissa    Sweet Chilli Mayo    Red Peppers    Red Onions    Coriander    Lemon Juice
A summer sensation from Pret – creamy ripe avocado with a harissa sweet chilli sauce to give it some ‘bite’. Add some crunchy fresh red pepper and red onion and finish with a handful of coriander to give a deliciously light and refreshing cool summer eat.

Tapas Salad
Prosciutto    Chorizo    Mozzarella    Cornichons    Cherry Tomatoes    Salad Leaves    Dijon Dressing
We put loads of crunchy gourmet leaves into a Pret salad box and add slices of traditional prosciutto, cured and aged in Italy. Next comes our real Spanish chorizo, made with smoked pimento and higher welfare pork. We slice in the mozzarella and throw in a few cherry tomatoes and crunchy cornichons. Served with French dressing on the side.
